Usually, all regulations give timeframes (quite exact) when the applicant will get their application approved or refused. Even if there are some additionall submissions and complications along the way, it is usually specified in detail how long who has for what.

But anyway, thanks a lot for doing all of this hard (and probably frustrating) administrative data digging.Emiliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17244832335795290707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2243248579900129684.post-55215915087749267442012-04-23T17:05:28.355+10:002012-04-23T17:05:28.355+10:00well, i might have a better fix on that after i...well, i might have a better fix on that after i've spoken to Tony Burke's department. i'm still not sure when he would step in to veto any decision of the Queensland government to allow Waratah to go ahead, always assuming the company complies with the next round of environmental recommendations. on the endangered species grounds, he might be able to veto once his department has considered all the submissions. i don't know but i will endeavour to find out.Jude Garlickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14329833784769290281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2243248579900129684.post-73887408751426456622012-04-23T10:56:17.977+10:002012-04-23T10:56:17.977+10:00When is the decision to be made? When is the decision to be made?Emiliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17244832335795290707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2243248579900129684.post-33072299482980011022012-04-17T16:02:17.143+10:002012-04-17T16:02:17.143+10:00I'm going to try to write regularly about it, ...I'm going to try to write regularly about it, Denis.
